Our Company was looking at California for new luxury homes and other high end real estate investments, however with the unfortunate natural disasters and water drought there, we are putting California on hold for now.

We have decided to target USA's No. 1 beach area, Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota County, FL and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico; Nash/CEO resided there for over 10 years.  We anticipate Investment of $10MM or more to purchase the first Siesta Key Beach area luxury homes, some waterfront, some canal front and some just a walk away from the beach.  Also, we will consider properties on Lido Key, St. Armand's Circle, FL, Bird Key, FL in Sarasota Bay near the John Ringling Mansion, his Art Museum and Circus Museum close by.
